Dungeons and Drama

Normalerweise brauche ich immer Wochen um ein Buch durchzulesen, aber dieses hatte ich an einem Tag durch. Ein sehr schön geschriebenes Buch, nur zu empfehlen! Neues Lieblingsbuch!

This was the best book I read in a while. I am convinced she put crack in these pages. I screamed so loud at the end, my neighbora probably heard it. Also the quickest I ever read a book.

I'm much older than the characters so all the school-stuff and teenie problems with parents aren't my world any longer but the author did a really nice job with all the nerdy stuff, especially D&D. I'm playing it myself and the descriptions are mostly accurate. That's why I also liked Riley and Nathan a lot because their acting, their sense of humor and everything... They are adorable, cute Nerds in their own way. Yes, it is predictable but if you're okay with a happy end in a cute lovestory and you do love board games, pen&paper and other more or less nerdy stuff, I can really recommend :)

Wie süß war bitte diese Geschichte!! Ich habe das Buch in einem Rutsch durchgelesen und fand es super süß und unterhaltsam. Erst dachte ich, ob mir die Protagonisten zu jung sind, aber sie verhalten sich schon relativ reif, ohne das Jugendliche zu verlieren. Was bekommt man? - Spiele Nerds - Dungeons & Dragons - Musical & Theater Vibes - Fake Dating Spielen und Musicals sind genau meins. Ich spiele alle paar Wochen Dungeon Crawler oder andere Brettspiele und fand es Mega das als Thema zu haben. Die Dramaturgie der Geschichte und auch die Entwicklungen der Protagonisten, fand ich super und der Schreibstil war wirklich toll! Ich fand es auch passend zum Alter, welche Dramen vorhanden waren und ich fand’s super erzählt und beschrieben wie die geschiedenen Eltern der Protagonistin zb miteinander und mit ihr umgehen und auch die Entwicklung bei dem fand ich richtig toll. Es ist so süß als Außenstehende dem Paar zu zu schauen bzw zu lesen wie sie von Haters to Lovers werden. Wobei Haters hier fast zu hart ist… eher vorurteilsvoll. Werde auf jeden Fall auch das zweite Buch der Autorin lesen!

"Dungeons and Drama" is an absolute delight, especially for fans of DnD and/or Musical Theater! But even without knowledge of the two, this Book is cute, fun and just really entertaining. I was really rooting for Riley at the end! And Nathan is just the best (fake) gamer boyfriend.
