enjoyable and thought-provoking
All the Other Mothers Hate Me by Sarah Harman is a witty and entertaining novel that combines sharp social observations with an engaging mystery. The characters are flawed but compelling, and the story offers plenty of humor while exploring themes of motherhood, judgment, and belonging. Although some plot developments feel a little exaggerated, the book remains an enjoyable and thought-provoking read. -

All the other mothers hate me...
...and honestly, rightfully so? Florence really is a character I had a hard time with, because not only ist she "a fabulously imperfect heroine", she just makes so many questionable choices it does get a little frustrating, plus, she sometimes really is not the definition of a good mother... But the story itself was interesting and definitely had its moments, and I thought Jenny to be a great character, especially when being compared to Florence. Overall a recommendation for sure, if you can deal with Flo being a disaster ;)
