Regretting You

I really enjoyed "Regretting You", it was just as good as her other books. I was completely pulled in from the very beginning. The story was incredibly emotional, and I found myself crying more than once while reading it. One of my favorite aspects of the book was the second-chance trope. I loved seeing how the characters found their way back to each other. What made the story even more interesting, though, was the development of the mother-daughter relationship between Morgan and Clara. Their journey felt quite realistic, very heartfelt and added so much depth to the story. I also watched the film adaptation, but in my opinion, it couldn't compare to the book. While the movie was enjoyable, it didn't have the same emotional impact, character development, and depth that made the novel so memorable. If you're looking for an emotional read with great characters, (crazy) family dynamics and a touching second-chance romance, Regretting You is definitely worth reading.
