Escape to the Northern Lights A hilarious and heartwarming escapist romance, perfect to curl up with

I have to say, I expected a bit more from Escape to the Northern Lights. The story was difficult to relate to at times, and there were quite a few clichés that made it feel forced. I didn’t really connect with the characters, which made it hard to get fully invested in the story. Neither the entitled, workaholic woman fleeing from her ex nor the Norwegian hippie were very likeable (in my opinion). That said, it’s still a cozy, easy-to-follow read. It doesn’t offer much depth, but if you’re looking for something light and simple to read, it fits the bill. If you can ignore the very cringey clichés, it’s a comfy story that works well if you just want to unwind.
