The Boyfriend

This is the first book by Freida McFadden I've read, and I must say I am positively surprised! The writing is nice and very easy to read, therefore this book can be read by beginners that want to give reading in english a try. It was a lot of fun to pick up on all the subtle hints and try to guess the plot of the story, but the author kept leading me towards new facts that made me question my theories all over again. I was happy to be right about most of it in the end, but some things I could not guess quite right. All in all a fun reading experience, I only have to deduct one star because of a specific plot point that I thought was a bit unnecessary, but I cant go into detail without any spoilers :)
