um es kurzzufassen: das buch war wirklich mega, von anfang an gut zu lesen, man wollte weiterlesen hat mitgefiebert und war am ende doch echt überrascht. es hat sich an keiner stelle lang gezogen und der plot war bis kurz vorher echt nicht vorhersehbar, hat jedoch schlussendlich wirklich sinn ergeben. die zwei verschiedenen timelines haben es mega spanned gemacht und raum zum mitfiebern gegeben und am ende hat man sich geärgert dass man nicht selbst drauf gekommen ist

This is the first book by Freida McFadden I've read, and I must say I am positively surprised! The writing is nice and very easy to read, therefore this book can be read by beginners that want to give reading in english a try. It was a lot of fun to pick up on all the subtle hints and try to guess the plot of the story, but the author kept leading me towards new facts that made me question my theories all over again. I was happy to be right about most of it in the end, but some things I could not guess quite right. All in all a fun reading experience, I only have to deduct one star because of a specific plot point that I thought was a bit unnecessary, but I cant go into detail without any spoilers :)
