Everyone owes it to themselves to read this book atleast once. The learning curve from this in-terms of self-exploration is unparalleled. Gabor really rocks you to your core and the stories and experiences he narrates are so relatable. Must read ❤️

Liking the book so far.. It presents how prevalent Psychosomatic illnesses are and how so many of the common illnesses such as Cancer and auto-immune diseases are highly linked to repressed or suppressed stress. The author talks about the correlation between Niceness at the expense of oneself and higher rates of disease... He also questions the status quo and reveals why and how certain facets of modern life are pathological and how they harm us. Book came packaged well and was in perfect condition.

Man nennt ihn nicht umsonst "people whisperer". Was seine Arbeit von anderen unterscheidet ist die zutiefst menschliche Annäherung an die Themen Trauma und Erkrankungen und wie diese in die heutige (toxische) Kultur eingebettet sind. Ich würde auch von ihm "When the body says no" ergänzend empfehlen.
