Great book for adults and kids
Though it says it's for children, I can't recommend enough for adults as well. Sure the language is simpler but if the last time was in elementary school that you learned anything about the seasons, this book is for you. It can give you ideas to integrate more of nature's rhythms into your hectic life and slow down for a bit. It doesn't matter if you're able to be outside in nature or if you're at home and you only connection is the fading light on darker turning days. It still delivers ideas to your doorstep to commemorate that connection and look inward. Love it.
