Dieses Buch ist berührend und ich kann es allen ans Herz legen, die entweder bisher wenig Berührungspunkte mit psychischen Problemen und deren Auswirkungen auf jeden Aspekt des Alltags von Betroffenen hatten oder die sich leider zu gut in Biz wiederfinden und sehen wollen, wie die Protagonistin mit ihren Schwierigkeiten umgeht.
Gerade unter dem Aspekt, dass es sich um den ersten Roman von Helena Fox handelt, bin ich echt beeindruckt von diesem wundervollen Buch.

Ich hab das Buch innerhalb kürzester Zeit durchgelesen. Es ist so flüssig und spannend Beschrieben, das ich es nicht weglegen wollte. Die Gefühlswelt von Biz wurde super beschrieben. Da ich selbst mit mentalen Problemen zu tun hatte, fühlte es sich so gut an diese Gefühle und Erlebnisse in einem Buch zu lesen. Wirklich eine rießen Empfehlung für alle die sich einmal in Verlust und Depression hineinfühlen wollen!
