Ignite Me Shatter Me

okay this is without a doubt the best book I've ever read. our girl Tahereh never dissappoints when it comes to the overalll plot and, of course, male love interests and this book is no exception. the story picks up on the ending of the second book in the series, with omega point was bombed and juliette herself shot by Anderson, Warner healed her and had her transported to the main building of sector 45, which is where he lives. he assures her she can stay there for as long as she likes, possibly forever, but juliette refuses to believe her friends - especially her situations hip Adam - are truly gone and insists on searching for them, which warner agrees to. (spoiler: they're alive) with many many things that happen throughout the story, juliette finds herself liking Adam less and less (very reasonable since he's done a lot of hurtful things) and drawn more and more to Warner and learns that, in reality, he isn't as cold and evil as he may seem. but this book doesn't only revolve around relationships. the remaining survivors of omega point, juliette and Warner team up to fabricate a plan to take down the reestablishment for good. some characters so full of hatred towards Warner now have to find a way to tolerate his constant presence and as the sorry goes on, they ,too, grow to like him. there are also some funny interactions between characters (Warner and James, I'm looking at you) that just make this seemingly serious picture this story paints a bit lighter. and kenji also cracks some awesome jokes. and mind you, this is all happening while everyone is training to perfect their abilities to be as well prepared for the ultimate moment. the fact that the author can squeeze everything I've listed and so much more with beautiful writing into just under 400 pages truly amazes me. if the text above didn't convince you, this sentence will.

Alle bisherigen bände habe ich mit 5/5 punkten bewertet. Und es wird von jedem Teil nur besser, die Gespräche zwischen Juliette und Warner waren sehr schön und Kenji hat mich sooo oft zum lachen gebracht.

Out of all the books in the series, this one is my favorite. It was a joy to witness Juliette's growth and development, as well as that of some of the other characters. She discovers her true self and gains the courage to fight for her wants, needs, and what's just. This book was so adorable that, at times, I wanted to throw it across the room out of excitement.

Das Buch ist eins der besten Bücher die ich je gelesen hab! Ich persönlich finde es ist mit das beste Buch aus der gesamten Reihe. Durchgehend Gefühle egal ob witzig, traurig oder Romantik.

*spoiler* Dieser Teil der Serie war definitiv mein favourite! Juliette und Warner finden endlich zueinander und ich liebe die character-developments von beiden. Die Storyline war flüssig zum Lesen und es gab viele süße Momente mit ganz viel Spannung und Schmetterlingen im Bauch. Für mich ist die Serie ein must-read!
