Straight Jacket Overcoming Society's Legacy of Gay Shame

It´s a great book for any gay man, who has ever struggled with his sexuality and wants to address it. It´s not however an incredebly helpful book, if you´re looking for tools to actually tackle the shame. It reads more like an observation of the state of the world and what it means to live in it as a gay man. For that it is helfpul, because gay men will find campanionship within the pages and hopefully feel seen and less alone. If you are looking for advise to get into the nitty gritty of your own shame, you need to read further somewhere else.
