Habe das Buch zum Englisch lernen für mein Kind gekauft und es ist einfach perfekt! Einfach zu verstehen und genau geschrieben finde es sogar besser als die deutsche Übersetzung von dem Buch

Das Buch bzw. die Reihe hat den Hype wirklich total verdient!
Der Schreibstil ist sehr schön einfach und flüssig zu lesen, das Englisch (als Deutsche) super zu verstehen. Der Akzent (von Hagrid) ist am Anfang ein wenig irritierend, dann gewöhnt man sich aber daran. Das ganze Buch hat einen sehr schönen witzigen Humor, sodass man oft beim Lesen schmunzeln muss.
Die ganze Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich, mysteriös und zauberhaft. Man taucht total schnell in die Welt ein und begleitet die Figuren sehr gerne. Die Figuren sind alle sehr einzigartig und wachsen einem sehr schnell ans Herz.
Die ganze Welt ist einfach wahnsinnig gut durchdacht und aufgebaut, ein wahrer Lesegenuss!
Das Buch unterscheidet sich leicht vom Film und hat auf jeden Fall ein paar super coole Ergänzungen bereit. Ich habe das Buch einfach total gerne gelesen und freue mich schon total auf die weiteren Bände und Geschichten, die man in Hogwarts erlebt.

Growing up with his aunt and uncle who despise him and a cousin who loves to bully him, Harry Potter doesn't have an easy life. Up until his 11th birthday he doesn't even know that he is a wizard, and a very famous one at that. When Harry gets his invitation to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a series of adventures begins.
I haven't read the "Harry Potter" book series in over a decade, but quickly fell in love with it again. I don't think one can ever be too old to read these books.
I love the world J.K. Rowling created. The magic system is great, the creatures fascinating and the characters immensely diverse. I also love that this series is not only full of fantastic adventures, but also includes themes like the importance of friendship, loyalty and bravery, among others.
"Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" is a wonderful introduction to this world and I recommend it to children, teens and adults alike. It's truly a book everyone should read.
Side note: This time around I decided not read this book myself, but rather let someone read it to me, namely Stephen Fry. If you enjoy audiobooks, or want to get into them, I highly recommend you give this one a chance. Fry's one of the best narrators I've come across thus far.
