Dr. Debendra Muduli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at C.V. Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar, India. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Dr. Muduli has published over 50 research articles in international journals and conferences, focusing on medical image analysis, deep learning, computer vision, and pattern recognition. His work has received over 600 citations with an h-index of 11. He is a reviewer for numerous high-impact journals, including IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, Biomedical Signal Processing, Expert Systems with Applications, Scientific Reports etc. He received the Outstanding Reviewer Award from Biomedical Signal Processing and Control (Elsevier) in 2018.
Dr. Rakesh Ranjan Kumar is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at C. V. RAMAN Global University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India. He holds an M.Tech. degree from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, India. Dr. Kumar has made significant contributions to the field of computer science through his research and academic work. He has authored and co-authored more than 50 research papers published in reputed international journals and conferences. His areas of research interest include Cloud Computing, DevOps, Image Processing, and Optimization Techniques. He has worked extensively on issues related to scalable cloud infrastructure, automation in software deployment, and intelligent image analysis, contributing novel solutions and methodologies that address current challenges in these domains. In addition to his research activities, Dr. Kumar actively serves the academic and professional community as a reviewer for several esteemed journals and conferences.
Dr. Sanjaya Kumar Panda is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, India. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, specializing in cloud computing and resource allocation algorithms. With over 160 publications including 71 international journal articles (39 in SCI/SCIE) and 66 international conferences, he has established himself as a prolific researcher. He has authored six books, edited multiple Springer proceedings, and served as guest editor for four special issues in reputed journals. Dr. Panda has successfully guided six Ph.D. scholars and more than 70 postgraduate and undergraduate theses. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Young Scientist Award (2024), ACM Distinguished Speaker (2020-2023), and has been listed in the world's top 2% scientists by Stanford University. His research interests include cloud/fog/edge computing, machine learning, and recommender systems.

He is a globally recognized authority in cloud and edge computing, with impactful contributions to utility-oriented computing systems. Prof. Buyya has authored over 950 publications and nine textbooks, and his works have attracted over 160,000 citations with an h-index of 160+. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, ACM, and several other prestigious organizations. Recognized among the world's top influential computer scientists by Thomson Reuters and Stanford University, he has received multiple international awards, including the Scopus Excellence Award and the Mahatma Gandhi Award.
