Michael Duncan is Professor of Physical Activity and Health at Coventry University, UK. Kristy Howells is Professor of Children's Health and Movement at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. Her research focuses on children's health, physical activity, and nutrition. She has previously chaired the AIESEP's Early Years Group, co-written national position papers on early years and is part of a Parliamentary group. A passionate cyclist, she's a former World Masters Track Sprint Champion.
Ricardo Martins is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Alberta, Canada. His research explores how movement experiences influence cognition, neurodevelopment, and developmental health across childhood. He has a particular interest in creative and participatory research methods, including Write-Draw-Show-and-Tell and Living Labs, to understand children's experiences of sport, physical activity, and exercise and to inform the design of child-centred interventions.
Katie Fitton Davies is a Senior Lecturer of Physical Education and Movement Science at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. Her research interests focus on skill acquisition and motivation and is predominantly involved in school-based interventions, with a particular focus on early years and primary school-aged children using creative methods like the write, draw, show and tell.
