Dr. Debasis Giri is currently working as an associate professor in the Department of Information Technology, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology), West Bengal, India. Prior to this, he also held academic positions as a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the dean in the School of Electronics, Computer Science and Informatics, Haldia Institute of Technology, Haldia, India. He did his masters (M.Tech. and M.Sc.) both from IIT Kharagpur, India, and also completed his Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur, India. He is tenth all India rank holder in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 1999. He received a certificate from All India Science Teachers’ Association in Science Aptitude & Talent Search Test in 1988.

Dr. Sanasam Ranbir Singh is presently a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and the head of Centre for Linguistics Science and Technology of Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, India. He received Ph.D. and M.Tech. from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from NERIST. He is a recipient of IBM Ph.D. fellowship, and Microsoft Young Faculty Award. His primary research interests are Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Machine learning, and Social Media Data Mining. He is leading the Open Source Intelligence Research Group at IIT Guwahati. He had published more than 100 Peer Review papers in reputed international Journals and Conferences.

Dr. Frank Dignum got his Ph.D. at the VU in Amsterdam in 1989. After getting his PhD he went to Africa to set up a CS department at the University of Eswatini in 1990. From 1993, he has worked in Lisbon, Eindhoven, and Utrecht, and since 2019, he is Wallenberg chair in socially aware AI at Umeå University in Sweden. In 2022, he became the director of TAIGA (the centre for Transdisciplinary AI for the Good of All) and almost at the same time became head of the CS department in Umeå. Besides these affiliations he is an honorary professor of the University of Melbourne. At the same time the techniques developed are used to develop human centered AI applications for health care.

Dr. Sangram Ray is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology Sikkim, India. He has more than fifteen years of teaching and research experience, and more than ten years of administrative experience in various capacities including Dean, Head of the Department, Member of Board of Governors, Member of Senate, Faculty In-charge of Training & Placement Cell, Faculty In-charge of ICT Infrastructure, Faculty In-charge of Alumni Affairs, etc. He has obtained M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, India. His research area includes Cryptography and Information Security, Elliptic Curve Cryptography, Content Centric Network, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Blockchain Technology, etc. Five candidates have been awarded Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering and one Postdoctoral Fellow has completed her tenure under his sole supervision.
