Dina Modestus Nziku is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Enterprise at the University of the West of Scotland and a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Global Women Entrepreneurship Policy (GWEP) Research Project. A leading scholar in women’s entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy, her research explores how entrepreneurship can drive economic inclusion, empowerment, and sustainable development. She has published extensively on women’s entrepreneurship, refugee and displaced entrepreneurs, and small business development, producing around 100 scholarly and policy-oriented publications. Beyond academia, Dr. Nziku has contributed to OECD reports on women’s entrepreneurship in Tanzania, helping to shape evidence-based policy and practice in the field of entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth.

Chanel Bikorimana is an Associate Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at the Glasgow School of Business and Society, Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland. His work focuses on entrepreneurship, small business management, immigrant and refugee entrepreneurship, and gender-responsive entrepreneurship policy. Through his research, publications, and engagement with academic and policy communities, he contributes to advancing understanding of entrepreneurship as a driver of social and economic transformation. Dr. Bikorimana has also contributed to OECD reports on women’s entrepreneurship in Tanzania and has been recognised with several best paper awards at international academic conferences.
