A Civil Engineering graduate and Geotechnical post-graduate, he completed his Ph.D. at NIT Hamirpur, India focusing on landslide hazards in Himachal Pradesh's middle Himalayan region. Dr. Singh has published over 56 research papers in prestigious journals, reviewed articles for scientific publications, and presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He is guiding UG, PG, and Ph.D scholars. Proficient in tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, PLAXIS, and GEO5, RAMMS, DGPS he integrates advanced software into his research. Dr. Kanwarpreet Singh won various awards like Best Researcher of the Department. Dr. Kanwarpreet Singh has explored Indian Himalayan Region through his research mainly in the area of landslide hazard and mitigations. Dr. Singh is an Editorial member and Reviewer in reputed SCIE and Scopus journals. With over ten years of teaching experience, including roles as Assistant Professor and Guest Faculty at esteemed institutions, he currently serves as an Associate Professor in Department of Civil Engineering at Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab, India.

Professor (Dr.) Ravi Kumar Sharma is a senior faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Soil Dynamics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India in 1999. Prof. Sharma has been associated with NIT Hamirpur since 1986 and has contributed extensively to the field of geotechnical engineering. His areas of expertise include soil dynamics, foundation engineering, landslide hazard zonation, slope stability, and soil stabilization techniques. Over the years, he has guided several doctoral and postgraduate students, including research on topics such as landslide hazard assessment in the Himalayan region and innovative approaches for improving expansive soils. He has also held important administrative positions at NIT Hamirpur, including serving as Dean. Prof. Sharma has been actively involved in research, consulting, and development projects that address geotechnical challenges in mountainous terrains, particularly in the Himalayan region. His dedication to teaching, research, and fieldwork has made him a respected academic and practitioner in civil engineering.

Dr. Shamshad Alam is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Civil and Architectural Engineering Department at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. With a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering, his research primarily focuses on the development of sustainable geomaterials, aiming to provide eco-friendly, cost-effective solutions for geotechnical applications. Dr. Alam is passionate about advancing sustainable practices in the field of construction and soil engineering, particularly through the development of innovative materials that mitigate environmental impact. Having authored more than 15 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, Dr. Alam is recognized as an emerging expert in his field. His work has contributed significantly to the advancement of sustainable geomaterials and their practical applications in infrastructure projects. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, Dr. Alam was honored with the prestigious Young Geotechnical Engineer Award in both 2019 and 2020, highlighting his leadership and potential within the Geotechnical engineering community.
