Portrait

D. Yogi Goswami, Ph.D., P.E., is a Distinguished University Professor and Director of the TECO Clean Energy Research Center at the University of South Florida, Tampa, USA. Internationally recognized for his research in renewable energy, he has published 23 books, 40 book chapters, and over 400 refereed technical papers, and holds 43 patents. Dr Goswami has held leadership roles including President of the International Solar Energy Society and Senior Vice President of ASME-International. His numerous accolades include the Frank Kreith Energy Award, Farrington Daniels Award, and Joan Hodges Queneau Palladium Medal. He was inducted into the Florida Inventors Hall of Fame (2016) and Solar Hall of Fame (1991). He is a Fellow of ASME, AAAS, ASHRAE, and the National Academy of Inventors.

Paul Erickson, Ph.D., is a Full Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of California, Davis, USA. He specializes in thermal science and renewable power technology, with expertise in heat and mass transfer in reacting flows. As Director of the UC Davis Energy Research Laboratory, his research focuses on energy conversion, gas-to-liquid technologies, endothermic fuels, and novel fuel utilization in combustion and electrochemical systems. He serves as Graduate Program Chair and formerly directed the U.S. Department of Energy's Fuel Cell, Hydrogen, and Hybrid Graduate Automotive Technology Education (GATE) Center. Dr. Erickson regularly teaches thermodynamics, advanced energy conversion, and instrumentation at graduate and undergraduate levels and is a highly sought-after mentor and researcher in energy engineering.

Michael K.H. Leung, Ph.D., FHKIE, RPE, CEng, MEI, is Chair Professor of Renewable Energy at the School of Energy and Environment and an Affiliate Faculty member in Mechanical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong. He holds the Shun Hing Education and Charity Fund Professorship and directs the Ability R&D Energy Research Centre. His research interests include solar photocatalysis, green fuel production, marine antifouling, fuel cells, and advanced refrigeration. Dr. Leung has published over 250 journal papers and 18 book chapters and holds 10 patents. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of internationally renowned journal and is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the International Solar Energy Society (ISES) and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Gunnar Tamm, Ph.D., P.E., is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, USA. Since joining in 2004, he has served as Director of the Mechanical Engineering Program and led institutional curriculum development. Dr. Tamm's teaching encompasses thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, renewable energy, and mechanical design. His research spans laser-target interactions, sustainable energy for military installations, robotics, and field-expedient systems design. With over 70 scholarly publications to his credit, he has received multiple awards for teaching and research excellence. As a Commissioner and Program Evaluator for ABET's Engineering Accreditation Commission, he has also held visiting positions at Lawrence Livermore and Sandia National Laboratories. Among his accolades are the John and Barbara Yellott Award and the ASME Solar Energy Division Award
