Shilpi Gupta is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics Engineering at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat, India. She received her Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SVNIT in 2015, where her doctoral research focused on the performance analysis of robust non-conventional combinations of mapping and transform techniques in OFDM systems over multipath fading channels. She earned her M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University in 2007 and her B.Tech. from U.P. Technical University in 2004. With over 17 years of teaching and research experience, her work has significantly contributed to emerging areas such as 6G communications, intelligent reconfigurable surfaces, beamforming techniques for millimeter-wave 5G systems, and circularly polarized antenna design for next-generation wireless applications.

Arun Prakash is Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, India. He obtained his B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University in 2001, his M.Tech. in Digital Communication from A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2006, and his Ph.D. from MNNIT Allahabad in 2011. His doctoral research, jointly supervised by MNNIT Allahabad and the University of Waterloo, Canada, focused on IP-level mobility management for vehicular networks. He began his academic career as a Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at IIIT Allahabad (2010–2012) before joining MNNIT Allahabad, where he subsequently advanced to the position of Professor. His research interests include wireless and mobile communications, vehicular ad hoc and intelligent transportation networks (VANET/ITS), cognitive radio networks, resource allocation, dynamic spectrum access, and IoT-enabled wireless systems.

Partha Bhattacharyya is Professor in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, India. He received his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2008, where his research focused on MEMS-based gas sensor design and CMOS integration. He also earned an M.E. in Electron Devices (2004, ranked second in his class) and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (2002) from Jadavpur University. With more than two decades of teaching and research experience, he is internationally recognized for his contributions to nanomaterial-based sensors, solid-state gas sensing devices, and 2D-material-based device applications. His research interests include nanostructured semiconducting oxide gas sensors, graphene and other 2D materials for electronic devices, CMOS integration of nanomaterials, advanced nanothin-film deposition techniques, and solid-state sensors for environmental monitoring and medical diagnostics. He has authored more than 84 journal articles, including 48 IEEE publications, and over 100 papers in international conference proceedings.
