Dr Mohammed Shahid is a pharmacologist and drug discovery scientist with nearly forty years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D at Organon, Schering-Plough, Merck, Orion Pharma, and Pheno Therapeutics. Currently, he is Director of MS4Pharma Ltd, an independent consultancy, and brings deep expertise in application of innovation across different therapeutic areas.

Dr James Baker is Head of DMPK at Blueprint Medicines, with over twenty-five years in drug discovery at Merck, Pfizer, Organon, and Schering-Plough. He is a past Chair of the New England Drug Metabolism Discussion Group and serves on the IQ Consortium's Translational ADME Leadership Group.

Dr Gary Starling is an immunologist with over thirty years in biopharmaceutical research, focusing on antibody-based therapeutics. He has held senior roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, CuraGen, Abbott, and Merck, and currently serves as Senior Advisor, Oncology Research at Astellas Pharma in California.

Dr Jayashree Aiyar is a molecular pharmacologist with over thirty years of experience leading drug discovery programs at AstraZeneca, Merck, Ambrx, and Theravance. She holds a PhD in Immunology from AIIMS, New Delhi, and is currently Chief Scientific Officer, driving R&D strategy and academia-industry collaboration.
