The final decade of the twentieth century is a period of profound cultural, political, and theatrical transition in Britain. In this regard, it is crucial to highlight that the feminist theatre of the 1990s not only pursued the ideological agendas of second-wave feminism, as it instead offers evidence of profound transformations, which occurred as a result of changes in social circumstances, ideological paradigms, and younger generations' interests.
