As Maisie gets to know Logan, she can't deny there's more to him than everybody thinks, and she wishes she could deny the feelings she's developing for him that she can't tell anyone about. But secrets always create rifts.
Virginia Collins has the perfect life...from the outside, at least.
Her parents run a successful business together, are still in love, and live in a large, cliffside house. But Virginia isn't attached to her lavish lifestyle; instead, she's always dreamed of working with animals. So, she's obviously outraged when her parents tell her they're buying the town's struggling animal shelter to replace it with a factory.
Determined to stop the project, Virginia teams up with Hudson, the snarky heir to the development company hired for the demolition. He resonates with her cause, and he fires her sarcasm right back without blinking. Virginia can't help but wonder: Is this what meeting your match feels like? Is that even something she's ready for after keeping her walls up for so long?
As the friends navigate the world of music, unexpected opportunities, and changing dynamics, they must confront what this band-and growing up-means for their friendships. Will their newfound popularity, scandalous secrets, and undeniable romances be the perfect symphony for the best summer ever? Or will the noise become too much and tear them apart?
