Wohnen neu denken – den Wandel gestalten

Sebastian Fiedler  is an architect and Professor of Building Physics and Technical Building Services at the Technische Hochschule Lübeck. In his research and advisory work, he focuses on the coordinated transformation of energy infrastructure and the existing building stock, involving all relevant stakeholder groups.

Daniel Lenz  is an architect and research associate at the Technische Hochschule Lübeck. Previously, he worked as an academic associate for sustainable construction at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and was involved in the RoofKIT project, which won the Solar Decathlon Europe 21/22. Until 2022, he served as lead architect at Kuhn and Lehmann Architekten in Freiburg.

Marcus Menzl is Professor of Sociology of the Built Environment at the Technische Hochschule Lübeck , where he also serves as Head of the Urban Planning program. He currently leads research projects on generational change in single-family homes, housing in small towns, migration and integration processes in rural areas, and housing in inner cities.

Dietmar Walberg is Managing Director of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft für zeitgemäßes Bauen e.V. in Kiel and Honorary Professor at the Technische Hochschule Lübeck in the field of sustainable housing construction. He researches the framework conditions, history, and future of affordable, social, and sustainable housing.
