Dr. Sushil Kumar Singh (Senior Member, IEEE) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. He completed his Postdoctoral research at London Metropolitan University, London, United Kingdom, under the supervision of Professor Bal Virdee. He earned his Ph.D. from Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), Seoul, South Korea, under the supervision of Professor Jong Hyuk Park. He received his M.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India, and his M.E. degree in Information Technology from Karnataka State University, Mysore, India.

Prof. Rajendrasinh B. Jadeja (Senior Member, IEEE) is working as a Provost and Dean at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Marwadi University, Gujarat, India. He completed his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from L. D. College of Engineering (Gujarat University) in 1998, M. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Nirma University, and a Ph.D. from the M S University, Baroda, respectively in the years 2005 and 2010. He was awarded the title “ING.PAED. IGIP” in 2020.

Prof. Nicu Bizon (Senior Member, IEEE) is a distinguished academic and researcher at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Pitești University Centre, Romania, with extensive expertise in smart energy systems, power electronics, renewable energy integration, and intelligent control systems. With decades of experience in teaching and research, he has made significant contributions to the development of advanced control strategies, optimization techniques, and energy management solutions for smart grids, electric vehicles, and distributed energy resources

Prof. Bal S. Virdee (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Phil. degrees in communications engineering from the University of Leeds, U.K., and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of London, U.K. He has worked in industry for various companies, including Philips, U.K., as a Research and Development Engineer, and Teledyne Defence and Space as a Future Products Developer in RF/microwave communications
