This study aims to investigate the critical role that Peermade Development Society (PDS) plays in supporting tribal women's efforts to achieve financial and social inclusion. A non-profit organization called PDS launched a transformative social work intervention with the intention of strengthening tribal women in particular and disadvantaged tribal tribes as a whole. The study examines the strategies and programmes used by PDS to improve tribal women's financial and social inclusion.
