We are living in a dangerous world, not only for our physical safety but more importantly for the safety and salvation of our immortal souls.
Our world suffers from spiritual darkness because a large number of human wills are mostly negatively affected by the satanic will, and the divine will manifested by Jesus Christ is increasingly relegated to oblivion in our societies.
We should make no mistake; there is a spiritual warfare that started in our world since the times of Genesis, and that will not end until the end times of the Revelation.
And in this warfare, Jesus was very clear through Matthew 12:30 when He stated that "He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters".
And since we are fighting a spiritual war, we need the aid and protection of powerful divine beings that can shield us against the attacks of Satan in this world.
Fortunately, as the apostle Paul of Tarsus affirmed in Romans 8:31, "If God is for us, who is against us?"
And to this effect, our Father in Heaven, in His infinite compassion and constant support for our well-being in the world we are living in, has provided for every believer, heavenly and powerful shields to guide and protect us individually during our life on this earth.
With these divine shields, we can win the war against the flesh and the dark powers of this fallen world.
It will be to us if our souls live forever in heaven or hell.
