Dr. Mourad Abed is a professor and a distinguished academic leader and researcher. He currently serves as the vice president of the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) in France. As the vice president, professor Abed plays a pivotal role in shaping the university’s academic direction, fostering innovation in pedagogy, and strengthening UPHF’s national and international partnerships. He is widely recognized for his commitment to academic excellence, research valorization, and the success of the university’s student body and faculty.

Dr. Dejian Liu holds a Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University (China) and serves as the chairman of NetDragon Websoft. He also serves on boards, including Baidu and Fujian TQ Digital, and has been recognized with awards such as the Business Venture Hero and Youth Entrepreneurship Achievement.

Dr. Ahmed Tlili is an associate professor at Beijing Normal University, China, an adjunct associate professor at An-Najah National University, Palestine, and a visiting professor at International University of La Rioja (UNIR), Spain, and Al-Quds Open University, Palestine. He is also the co-director of the Open Educational Resources (OER) Lab at the Smart Learning Institute of Beijing Normal University (SLIBNU), China. Dr. Tlili serves as the editor of the Springer Series Future Education and Learning Spaces , and the deputy-editor-in-chief of the Springer journal Smart Learning Environments . He has been awarded the Martin Wolpers 2021 Prize by the Research Institute for Innovation and Technology in Education (UNIR iTED) in recognition of excellence in research and education, and significant impact on society, and has also been awarded the IEEE TCLT (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Technical Community on Learning Technology) Early Career Researcher Award in Learning Technologies for 2020.
