The young T-cell Tinka learns everything she needs to know for her future role as a member of the body police in the thymus-school. After finishing school, however, she is disappointed and frustrated to discover that she and her siblings are powerless against the terror of the B-cells. She suspects that they could be cancer cells. But why is there no way for the T-cells to fight them? One day, Tinka and her siblings are kidnapped from the blood and transformed into CAR T-cells through an adventurous process. Back in the blood, thanks to this transformation, they are suddenly able to fight the B cells and thus liberate the body of this disease.
