The love story about Jagger and Sutton is well written from a dual POV which always helps me to get a better understanding from the characters. If you're an non native English reader, let me tell you that it is easy to follow the story. I had only two words to look up just because I wanted to be sure about the meaning. Miles is one if my favorite side characters with all his insiders and light mood makes the story more enjoyable and funny to read. But be aware that there are some themes that definitely aren't light nor good when we're taking about the Protagonists past. I liked the chemistry between Sutton and Jagger the moment they met the first time and there was something underneath that sparkled much. Their recurring meeting up and interactions were fun and made the said sparkles head high. I could feel that emotions and was invested in their story, that probably why I couldn't stop reading. Sutton and Jagger are bruised characters because of their past and even it's different what they had to survive in the past they had the same difficulties to overcome. I liked that they evolve individually and together throughout the pages to become better people for themselves individually and together. Just in case the "specific tastes" caught you up, they're very light in here and not the hardcore stuff. conclusion: Sweet love story with bruised characters that go through a significant evolution to become better partners to each other. info: This book is a standalone.
