Or at least used to until the appearance in the wives' lives of a strange and powerful African family change the whole marital dynamic in ways the men will not like and will not have any power to stop... Ways that will see power transfer itself to the women in ways that will by emphatic, euphoric, and for one of the husbands, tragic!
