Ado Adamou Abba Ari, Ph.D., HDR, is a Full Professor at the University of Maroua, Cameroon, and Director of the Institute of Fine Arts and Innovation at the University of Garoua. He is also an Associate Researcher at the DAVID Lab, Université Paris-Saclay, France. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2016 with highest honors and his HDR in 2025 from Université Paris-Saclay. He holds an MBA (2013), an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering (2012), and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science (2010) from the University of Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. His research focuses on wireless networks, IoT security and privacy, and AI applications in communication systems. He develops AI-driven tools for sustainable agriculture, livestock management, and smart irrigation with next-generation networks.

Nabila Labraoui, Ph.D., HDR, is a Full Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Abu Bekr Belkaid, Tlemcen, Algeria. She earned her Ph.D. and HDR in Computer Engineering at the same institution and is a recognized expert in wireless and mobile communication systems, particularly in Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) and wireless sensor networks. Her research focuses on security, trust, and efficiency in distributed systems, covering dynamic spectrum access, cloud computing, and big data privacy. She has published extensively and collaborates with both local and international research institutions. In addition to mentoring graduate and doctoral students, she actively contributes to Algeria’s digital ecosystem. She serves on program committees for major conferences and journals, promoting advances in secure and intelligent networked systems.

Ousmane Thiare, Ph.D., HDR, is a Full Professor of Computer Science at Gaston Berger University (UGB), Senegal, where he has taught since 2002. He earned his Ph.D. in 2007 from Cergy Paris University, France. Thiare has held leadership roles, including Head of the Computer Science Department (2007–2009), Director of the Ousmane SECK High-Performance Computing Center (2013–2018), and Director of the World Bank–funded African Centre of Excellence in Mathematics, Informatics and ICT (CEA-MITIC, 2017–2020). He served as Rector of UGB and President of the Academic Council (2018–2023), focusing on governance and digital transformation. Elected to the National Academy of Sciences and Techniques of Senegal in 2021, he became General Manager of CINERI in 2022. Thiare's research interests include IoT, cloud computing, and WSNs, while actively supervising Ph.D. students and contributing to scientific networks across Africa.

Abdelhak (Mourad) Gueroui, Ph.D., HDR, is an Associate Professor in Computer Engineering at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), Université Paris-Saclay, France. He received his M.Sc. from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris 6) and his Ph.D. in Networking and Computer Engineering from UVSQ in 2000. With over 20 years of academic and research experience, he has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and conferences, earning several Best Paper Awards. He has held roles as Chair, Program Committee member, and reviewer for major international conferences, and has been on editorial boards of scientific journals. His research focuses on wireless and mobile networks, 5G, VANETs, cloud computing, network virtualization, and smart cities. He supervises graduate and doctoral students and contributes to curriculum development in higher education.
