Portrait

Pooja Sabherwal  holds a Ph.D. in ECG Signal Processing and an M.Tech. with a thesis focused on VHDL Modelling and Simulation of an FFT/IFFT Processor. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has guided eighteen M.Tech. dissertations and numerous B.Tech. projects in areas such as IoT, Verilog, VHDL Modelling, Embedded Systems, and Signal Processing. She currently supervises eight Ph.D. scholars working in the domains of Signal and Image Processing, Energy Harvesting, the Internet of Things, and Cloud Computing. Dr. Sabherwal has authored over 50 research papers in national and international conferences and SCI-indexed journals. She holds a granted German patent and two additional published patents. Her research interests include ECG Signal Analysis, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, Filter Design and Analysis, Wavelet Transform, the Internet of Things, and Energy Harvesting for IoT devices.

Sharda Vashisth  serves as the Head of the Multidisciplinary Engineering Department at The NorthCap University. She has played a pivotal role in establishing the Navigation with Indian Constellation (NavIC) Laboratory in collaboration with ISRO and continues to work on innovative projects alongside ISRO scientists. She has mentored a research project funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and is the author of the acclaimed textbook  Digital Electronics and Devices , widely used as a foundational resource for aspiring engineers in Electronics and Communication and Computer Science. Prof. Vashisth has successfully guided four Ph.D. scholars and currently supervises eight more. Her scholarly contributions include over 80 research papers published in reputed international journals and conferences.

Monika Aggarwal  received her B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering and M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, India, in 1993 and 1995, respectively. She earned her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, in 2000. She worked at Hughes Software Systems (HSS), Gurgaon, India, from 1999 to 2002. In 2001, she was a visiting researcher in the Department of Systems and Control at Uppsala University, Sweden. She joined C.A.R.E., IIT Delhi, as an Assistant Professor in January 2003.

Himani Kaushal  has been in academia for the past 15 years. She has worked with various engineering colleges and universities in India and the United States. Before joining the University of North Florida, she was affiliated with American Public University. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in 2012. She has contributed to industry-sponsored projects from the Aeronautical Development Agency and the Indian Space Research Organization. She is the author of  Free Space Optical Communication and has published several papers in top-tier international journals and conferences. Her research interests include free-space optical communication, hybrid 5G RF/optical transmission systems for next-generation networks, and hybrid RF/optical relay networks.
