" The regime had no intention of abandoning its strategy of fraud. This statement by President Brice Clotaire OLIGUI NGUEMA corroborates the poor governance of Gabon's fallen regime. This concept opens up new perspectives on Gabonese politics. L'oliguism is a political theory that is immensely revealing and restorative of a political will to refound the Gabonese social contract. It advocates, among other things, a return to republican values, and the logic of a continuum of change towards happiness.
