Portrait

Dr. Safaa Al-Humairi is a distinguished academic and researcher specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Biomaterials, Mechatronics, Biomechanics, and Robotics. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical/Biomaterials Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where he also completed his postdoctoral research. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor at Management and Science University (MSU) in Malaysia and holds the position of Deputy Dean for Research, International, and Industry Relations. Dr. Al-Humairi’s research focuses on the development of functional biomaterials for experimental and simulation-based modulation, a critical area in modern biomedical engineering. With over 100 published research articles, his work demonstrates a strong interdisciplinary approach, particularly in the production of bioactive substitutes designed to enhance the efficiency and functionality of biomaterials.

Dr. Abdollah Bahador is a leading expert in materials engineering, specializing in advanced materials such as titanium and shape memory alloys. He holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, with research focusing on laser welding and powder metallurgy. He serves as a principal researcher at the Materials Processing Institute, UK, following academic roles at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Osaka University, Japan. Dr. Bahador's work spans additive manufacturing, tribology, corrosion, and thermal properties of materials, with applications in biomedical and industrial fields.

Dr. Nida Iqbal is an associate professor in the Bio-Medical Engineering Department at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan. With a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, she specializes in biomaterials, bioceramics, tissue engineering scaffolds, and implant coatings. Her research focuses on innovative biomedical solutions, including biodegradable metals, and nanoparticle synthesis.

Dr. Erkan Koç is an accomplished associate professor at Karabuk University, specializing in biomedical engineering in the faculty of engineering. His research interests center on biomaterials, with significant contributions to understanding novel materials' mechanical, tribological, and biological properties. His works are well-published, featuring articles in high-impact journals.

Dr. Ameer is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of biomedical engineering, currently serving as a lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Al-Mustaqabal University, Iraq. He earned his Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Karabuk University, Turkey, specializing in biomaterials and dental materials engineering. He continues to advance the field of biomedical engineering by focusing on interdisciplinary research that bridges material science and clinical applications, with a particular emphasis on sustainable and biocompatible materials.
