Binayak Kar is Assistant Professor of computer science and information engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science and information engineering from the National Central University (NCU), Taiwan in 2018. He was a post-doctoral research fellow in computer science with National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Taiwan, from 2018 to 2019. His research interests include network softwarization, cloud/edge/fog computing, optimization, queueing theory and cyber security.

Asis Kumar Tripathy is Professor in the School of Information Technology and Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India. He has more than ten years of teaching experience. He completed his Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India. His areas of research interests include wireless sensor networks, cloud computing, Internet of things and advanced network technologies. He has several publications in refereed journals, reputed conferences and book chapters to his credit. He has served as a program committee member in several conferences of repute. He has also been involved in many professional and editorial activities. He is a senior member of IEEE and a member of ACM.

Wei-Chung Teng holds the position of Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, a role he has occupied since 2003. He obtained his B.S. and M.S. degrees from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan and later attained his Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Tokyo in 2001. In addition to his academic pursuits, Prof. Teng served as a commissioner in the National Communications Commission from 2018 to 2022. His contributions during this tenure were particularly focused on matters such as the 5G frequency band auction and the relaxation of regulations related to 5G private networks. His research interests encompass a wide spectrum, including network communication protocols and cybersecurity.

Jyoti Prakash Sahoo is Senior Member, IEEE, and an experienced Assistant Professor with a demonstrated history of working in engineering education. Currently, he is working in the Dept of Computer Science and Information Technology, Institute of Technical Education and Research, Siksha ’O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University) for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Siksha ’O’ Anusandhan, he also worked as Assistant Professor with CV Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar (now C. V. Raman Global University). He is having more than 12 years of academic and research experience in Computer science and engineering education. He has published several research papers in various international journals and conferences.

Mohammad S. Obaidat is internationally known Academic/Researcher/Scientist/ Scholar. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He has received extensive research funding and published To Date (2023) over One Thousand and Two Hundred (1,200) refereed technical articles-About half of them are journal articles, over 100 books, and 70 Book Chapters He is Editor-in-Chief of 3 scholarly journals and an editor of many other international journals. He is Editor-in Chief of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems and Founding Editor-in Chief of Wiley Security and Privacy Journal. He is also founding Advisory Editor of the Cybersecurity and Applications Journal, KeAi.
