Portrait

Gunnar Rekvig is a Program Director at the Planning and Coordination Department of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation. He has a PhD in International and Regional Studies from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. He serves as the Deputy Director for the GlobalArctic project at the Geneva Center for Security Policy and is currently a Guest Professor at the University of Lisbon.

Matthias Finger is a professor emeritus at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne, Switzerland (EPFL). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Geneva. He is currently a part-time professor at the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy, and a full professor at Istanbul Technical University (ITÜ).
