Professor Asma Salman is a Blockchain developer and a Professor of Finance; currently serving as the Vice President for Research at the American University in the Emirates (AUE), UAE. An honorary global advisor at Global Academy of Finance & Management USA, she completed her MBA in Finance and Accounting and earned a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB and AMBA accredited, School of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Her research credentials include a one-year residency at the Brunel Business School at Brunel University, UK. Prof. Salman also served as the Dubai Cohort supervisor for DBA students under the Nottingham Business School, UK, for 7 years and is currently a Ph.D. supervisor at the University of Northampton, UK, where she is affiliated as a visiting fellow. Prof. Asma has been actively engaged in scientific research and has published impactful articles in International Journals & Conferences. She was recently bestowed with the Women Leadership Impact Award by Her Excellency First Lady of Armenia, Blockchain professional of the Year by Berkley Middle East, Research Excellence Award, Women in Education, Leadership Award and the Global Inspirational Women Leadership Award by His Highness Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Juma Al Maktoum.

Dr. Tunio is an assistant professor at Department of Business Administration, University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah, Pakistan. Dr. Tunio has prior working experience at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi, Pakistan, as an assistant professor; Greenwich University, Karachi, Pakistan, as an assistant professor, in-charge director ORIC, and editor of biannual Journal of Business Strategy (JBS). Dr. Tunio has Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development, from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria. He was awarded government scholarship by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He was awarded a young scientist research fellowship for Kent State University, Ohio. His fields of research interest are entrepreneurship, CSR, careers, youth development, and self-employment. He has publications in top-notch research journals, and he has presented papers at international conferences and conducted research workshops. 

Prof. Muthanna Abdul Razzaq is a distinguished educationist and leader, holding a PhD in Management Accounting from the University of Manchester, UK. He began his career at the Ministry of Irrigation before moving into academia, serving as Vice President for Financial Affairs at Baghdad University. After stints in Jordan and the UAE, where he held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President for Scientific Research. In 2006, Prof. Razzaq established the American University of the Emirates (AUE), where he currently serves as President and CEO. Under his leadership, AUE has become known for its unique academic programs, including niche areas like Diplomacy, Security Studies, and Equine Studies. He has also initiated impactful projects, such as the Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution, a Debate Center, and the International Majlis for Women to promote gender equality. An accountant by profession, Prof. Razzaq is recognized for blending administrative and academic expertise, with a strong focus on fostering educational excellence and supporting youth development through innovative initiatives and social movements. Prof. Razzaq is an active researcher with many impactful articles under his name.
