Before I bought this book, I decided to test the rose pattern in the extract, that is available for free. I changed the pattern slightly so that it made more sense to me. It worked out well and after some tries I had some flowers that I was pretty happy with. The flowers that you can create with this book are gorgeous (even though the patterns are sometimes bot that easy to follow)! If you want to buy this book, I would advice you to try out the extract first to make sure, you are comfotable with the patterns. Please be aware that all the patterns use a lot of wire (!) and you definitely need hot glue for some of them. This book is probably best for intermediate to advanced crocheters.
