Dr. Sarika Verma  is currently working as Principal Scientist and IP Coordinator at CSIR-Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute (AMPRI), Bhopal, India.  She has been awarded a Ph.D. in Chemical Sciences.  She is the recipient of various prestigious awards and have various Patents in her credit. Over the years, she has been intensively engaged in various R&D to design and develop advanced materials useful for various broad application spectrums like  waste to wealth, Bamboo composites, radiation shielding materials, Thermal insulating  material, geopolymeric materials ,polymeric composites, biomedical and energy materials via novel techniques. She has experience in transferring the know-how technology to industries like M/S  Ecological Fibers pvt., M/S Apte Medical System etc. 

 

Dr. Mohd. Akram Khan  is Chief Scientist and Head of Industrial waste utilization, nano- and biomaterials Division at CSIR-Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute, Bhopal. Over the years, he has vast experience in various R&D to  develop advanced materials especially from waste to Wealth, which are useful for versatile application in various sectors.

 

Dr. Avanish Kumar Srivastava  is Director, CSIR-Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute, Bhopal. He received his master’s degree in physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (UOR), Roorkee; M.Tech. in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur; and doctorate metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. He serves as Expert for nanoscale measurements and instrumentation at ISO and BIS. He was instrumental in establishing the high-resolution electron microscopy and spectroscopy facilities at CSIR-NPL New Delhi and AMPRI Bhopal. His prolific research on the growth of engineering materials and understanding nucleation-growth, phase transformations, microstructures and defects is outstanding and known by his peers worldwide.
