Broken Souls and Bones

It took a while for me to get into the story, but then I would not want to put it down. I even interrupted reading another book to focus on 'Broken Souls and Bones'. While I might not have finished this book yet, so far I only have good to say about it. The concept of a new kind of magic and the characters originally drew me to this book, what actually kept me and hooked me are the vikings! I love vikings and their stories and history. I don't think I have ever read a viking fantasy novel - so this is a first and a really good one at that. As I am not that deep into the book, I can't go into details but I think this makes it even more convincing to read it yourself. I hope it keeps the bar up and I'll be able to give a full review shortly. Till then stay tuned. UPDATE: I've finished it. That cliffhanger was brutal. How can you drop sometimes like that and then end the book? I wanna know what happens next.
