Finding Hope at Lighthouse Cove

When I met Elise in the first book of the series I thought she had the perfect marriage. Apparently not! For more than 16 years, her husband and best friend Gary has been keeping a very big secret from her. The plot might be a bit unusual, but I do think it could be a possible scenario. Only the two mothers - Elise's as well as Gary's - seemed more like caricatures instead of realistic characters. In the second half of the book, Elise unfortunately got on my nerves a bit. With her being afraid hurting the feelings of her best friend or sister or anybody else. But mostly with her indecisiveness and interpreting everything the wrong way. It was still a nice read and I liked that the title was in this case very fitting to the plot.
