""Christ's Hospital: Recollections of Lamb, Coleridge, and Leigh Hunt"" is a memoir written by R. Brimley Johnson in 1896. The book is a recollection of the author's time spent at Christ's Hospital, a school in London, during the early 19th century. Johnson recounts his experiences with three famous alumni of the school: Charles Lamb, Samuel Coleridge, and Leigh Hunt. The book provides a glimpse into the daily life of the school, its customs, and its curriculum. It also sheds light on the personalities of the three literary figures who attended the school and how their time there influenced their writing. The book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of education in England and the lives of these famous writers. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
