“A Jingle Bell Mingle” by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone is the third novel in the Christmas Notch series. It’s best to read the previous books first, as you’ll get to know the other characters along the way. In this part, we follow Sunny, who accidentally sells her first screenplay to the Hope Channel. Seeking inspiration for her script, she heads to Christmas Notch, Vermont. After a one-night stand with Isaac, a former boy band member struggling to regain his creative spark following the death of his wife, he invites Sunny (and her cat) to stay with him at his mansion. From there, the two find it hard to keep their hands off each other.. I really enjoyed this book! It’s not your typical Christmas story, but that just makes it even more fun. Sunny and Isaac are two fantastic characters, and I loved watching their interactions. There are plenty of spicy scenes that will make you blush, but also smile. I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys funny, spicy romcoms.
