From the first sentence to the last, this book will absolutely captivate you and leave you wanting more (especially with that cliffhanger OMG)! See You Soon will definitely have you feeling all types of emotions. The characters, in my opinion, were so relatable. Ari and her mom go through some pretty difficult times, especially with the tragic passing of her older brother, Paul. Ari decides to become a trauma nurse, helping military men and women, in order to make her brother proud. I thought that her career decision was so beautiful and just loved that she wanted to help others. Danny, on the other hand, also experiences some pretty intense trauma and often holds his emotions/feelings to himself. Throughout the book, both characters grow and try new things with the help of each other. Everything about this book was just so good. I highly recommend. Also….. I NEED the next book immediately! That cliffhanger…..amazing.

See You Soon swept me away with its intensity from the very first chapter. The story is emotional in all the right ways — goosebumps, watery eyes and those heart-clutching moments where you just want the two main characters to finally find their happiness. The chemistry is powerful, the spice is perfectly balanced and every interaction feels raw and real. And that cliffhanger? It left me staring at the last page with my mouth open, full of questions and craving more. Axelson’s line „I want you so dangerously but I’m no good for you“ captures the entire vibe: dangerous longing, aching vulnerability and a love that feels inevitable. A gripping, emotional roller-coaster you won’t forget.
