I bought this book because of the Holderness YouTube channel, where quite a bit of the content in this book is presented in catchy tunes.
After two ADHD diagnoses in our family we felt somewhat down and I stumbled across the very promising title. The book holds up to this promise. The content is very ADHD friendly, short sections, color coded, many pictures and fun facts. My neurotypical brain is used to tightly packed, scientific papers, but I got through the american style of storytelling.
We really fell in love with this book and won't get tired of lending and recommending it. If you or someone close to you has ADHD, please read it to understand and love your awesome brain.
