This book is the autobiography of Christy Brown who was born with cerebral palsy. Although all doctors told Christy’s parents that he was dumb and crippled but his mum believed in her son and taught him much. With five years he took with his left foot a chalk and drew with the chalk between the toes on the floor. This was the start of his extraordinary life. This story shows how much a person can reach if he or she is sponsored and encouraged. I can recommend this book to everyone who is interested in a true and moving story.
