The Husky and His White Cat Shizun: Erha He Ta De Bai Mao Shizun (Novel) Vol. 4 Novel Vol.4

Dieser Teil war wahrlich ein Balsam für meine Seele, besonders nach all dem tragischen Drama in den vorherigen Bändern. Ich will nichts verraten, aber dieser Teil war eine echte Erholung, mit sehr vielen schönen Momenten zwischen den Hauptcharakteren (und auch sehr spicy muss ich sagen). Wer mehr romantische Momente zwischen Mo Ran und seinem Shizun möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

I loved every single chapter! The feel good volume. Beware of mild spoilers ahead: There is not much plot in this volume, just 400 pages of pining and character development and more pining. It's setting up a new dynamic between our leads, probably so we can suffer properly during the next arc. Can't wait for that!

I do like the story as it’s not just about romance also about friendship and battles in the cultivation world. Not only that, I truly like the author’s writing style. I am however rather disappointed with Vol4 because it mainly focused on the romance. The author is really good with the story pacing and character building but I think only in the next few volumes do we get to know more characters and important plots(other than romance). The chinese novel has 350 chapters and up till volume 4 about 150 chapters are covered. U do the maths…how many volumes more. Nonetheless Husky and His White Cat Shizun is still one of my favourite danmei novels which I would like to collect. The story is complex, and there is actually a macabre twist. The characters are well thought of. Pacing is excellent. The english translation is imo fantastic and close to the original.
