Ox lives his whole life in this little city, in a little house with the empty mansion on the other side. One day he comes home from work and the house is full of life like the little boy that literally climbs Ox the first time they meet. Joe thinks Ox smells like "Candy canes and pinecones and epic and awesome" and their meeting was all "Rawr and grr and kaboom" Joe and his family are wolfshifters and find in Ox another member of their pack. "Wolfsong" is a highly emotional and beautiful story about finding family, losing family and growing strong. Klune writes from Ox's POV and Ox is a simple man with simple thoughts. For me that style in writing was new and I enjoyed it very much. I can only full heartly recommend "Wolfsong"!

Ich liebe dieses Buch, vor allem die Charaktere. Die kurzweilige Erzählweise zieht einen komplett ins Buch und man kann es stellenweise nicht mehr aus der Hand legen. Ox ist so ein liebenswerter und toller Hauptcharakter, dass man gar nicht anders kann als von Seite 1 an mitzufiebern.

This book is less about romance but more about found family and building the characters up. I absolutely loved it. I pulled an all-nighter on a work day cuz I just couldnt stop reading...

Wolfsong was a spectacular read- TJ Klunes writing style is superb and immersive! It was the perfect start to the Green Greak series and I adored every book- Each book got better and better
