Trial by Error by Robyn Gail Wilkinson is the story of Gillian and Vincent and their marriage. Gillian is the eldest of two sisters and her parents are conventional, normal, everyday, boring citizens. Their marriage is successful yet this has put Gillian off and she has decided that this is not the sort of marriage that she is looking for. Vincent is successful, affluent and his parents are proud of him, although nothing less would have been expected of him. He has had many girlfriends and as such, is happy to continue on in the same way - short-term relationships which naturally fizzle out. And then he meets Gillian... Will their relationship be like all of Vincent's others or will it be a long-term, successful union between two equally matched people? And then amongst their better than average, successful life, both socially and in their jobs, a known associate of theirs is brutally murdered. This throws their lives upside down for a while. Everyone who knew the victim is under suspicion... A story of love and relationships, both successful and unsuccessful, with the added situation of a murder. A great read for everyone.
