Panchatantr bhartiya neetikathaon ka shaayad sabase puraana sangrah hai jo abhee bhi utana hi lokapriy hai jitana pahale tha. aisa maana jaata hai ki panchatantr 2000 eesva poorv mahan hindu vidvaan pandit vishnu sharma dvaara likha gaya tha. panchatantr ka matalab paanch siddhaant hain. yah ek neetishaastr hai jisaka matalab aisee pustak jo jeevan mein vivekapoorn aacharan karana sikhaatee hai. panchatantr ki saral kahaaniyaan aadhunik bhautikavaadi, vyaktivaadi tatha tanaavapoorn jeevan mein bhi samay ki kasauti par khari utari hain tatha yuvaavarg ke paathakon ko maanav svabhaav ko samajhakar saphalata paane ke liye path pradarshan karati hai. mukhy visheshataen saral evam subodh bhaasha mein likhi gayi hai. pratyek kahaani mein ek naitik shiksha di gayi hai. shabd sangrah nirmaan ke liye shabdaarth diye gaye hain. vishay ya sthiti-vishesh ki upayukt jaanakaari ke liye abhyaas diye gaye hain. panchatantr sankshipt roop mein bachchon ke liye upalabdh hai. vaastav mein panchatantr ki kahaaniyaan badon ke liye bhi atyant upayogi evam vyaavahaarik mahattv ki hain. vidyarthiyon tatha sabhi varg ke logon ke liye avashy pathaneey evam aparihaary pustak.The Panchatantra is perhaps the oldest collection of Indian proverbs that is still as popular as it was before.
