Verrucopapillary lesions represents a group of lesions that exhibit clinically and histologically, finger-like surface projections. Such lesions are common in oral cavity. Verrucopapillary lesions are diagnostically challenging as they include a spectrum of reactive, benign, potentially malignant, malignant or idiopathic lesions.
